Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Events Coordinator to support the coordination, administration, and analysis of local and regional events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of local and regional events
  • Train and guide the sales force on internal processes and requirements related to events
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to enhance system interfaces and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience in an administrative, sales support, operations, or events-related role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a sales force or commercial organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
