Job Summary
A company is looking for Local Governance Training Specialists to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of local Armenian government.
Key Responsibilities
- Support training activities for capacity development and organisational strengthening of partner municipalities
- Contribute to the design of a tailored training programme focused on optimising municipal business processes
- Facilitate training sessions and provide technical guidance on improving administrative procedures and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in public administration, social sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in capacity development within public institutions
- Proven experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programmes
- C1-level proficiency in English; Armenian language proficiency preferred
- Experience working with municipalities or local government institutions is strongly preferred
