Job Summary

A company is looking for Local Governance Training Specialists to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of local Armenian government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support training activities for capacity development and organisational strengthening of partner municipalities
  • Contribute to the design of a tailored training programme focused on optimising municipal business processes
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide technical guidance on improving administrative procedures and service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in public administration, social sciences, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in capacity development within public institutions
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programmes
  • C1-level proficiency in English; Armenian language proficiency preferred
  • Experience working with municipalities or local government institutions is strongly preferred
