Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Manager to lead teams in installing and maintaining network services in a designated region.

• Drive operational excellence and ensure service commitments are met while fostering a customer-first culture
• Support and develop employees, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance and engagement
• Engage with the community to strengthen business presence and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience
• Successful completion or certification in related technical fields or vendor equipment is desired
• Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, and networking functions
• Must be available 24/7 to support off-shift technicians and emergencies as needed
