Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Marketing Coordinator to support Local Marketing Managers and assist franchisees with marketing performance and platform navigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist franchisees with LOCALACT questions, follow-ups, and education
• Monitor and document conversations, issues, and outcomes to ensure continuity across teams
• Provide overflow call coverage and support onboarding and education for LOCALACT users

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or marketing support
• Functional understanding of local marketing and digital performance metrics
• Ability to follow direction and reinforce recommendations
• Comfort working in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment
• Strong documentation habits and reliability in follow-through
