Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Local Marketing Specialists, providing training and performance management
• Collaborate with field teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence in marketing strategies
• Oversee community partnerships and local activations, measuring ROI and enhancing brand presence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in multi-location marketing, team leadership, community engagement, or retail marketing
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the district
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proficiency in managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance
