Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Marketing Manager for the House of Sport in the Central District.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Local Marketing Specialists while fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee the development and implementation of local marketing strategies to drive traffic and athlete engagement
• Manage local marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in multi-location marketing and team leadership
• Experience in community engagement and retail or experiential marketing
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the district
• Proven track record of developing community partnerships and local activations
