Job Summary

As the primary account owner, the full-time Local Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and performance partner for assigned enterprise brands, focusing on improving unit-level marketing performance through high-volume client interactions and data-driven recommendations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, helping them understand performance results and prioritize actions
  • Lead coaching and performance calls to drive local marketing results and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans aligned with enterprise and brand goals
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, franchise marketing, business consulting, or multi-location marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret paid and organic performance metrics
  • Experience in coaching franchisees or small business owners through performance improvement
  • Knowledge of local paid media and organic marketing performance
  • Proven ability to influence and guide franchise owners toward best practices
