Job Summary
Driving brand growth in the C4 territory, the full-time Local Marketing Manager will execute localized marketing strategies, manage field teams, and cultivate partnerships to enhance brand awareness and product consumption in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the local marketing strategy, translating national brand priorities into impactful local programs
- Plan and optimize field marketing, sampling, and experiential activations at key cultural moments
- Lead and manage Field Marketing Managers and Brand Ambassadors to ensure effective brand representation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning
- Experience managing and developing field or local marketing teams
- Strong budget ownership experience, including forecasting and ROI optimization
- Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet the physical demands of the job
