Job Summary
Owning client relationships, the full-time Local Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary contact for multi-location and franchise brand owners, managing onboarding, advising on cross-channel marketing strategies, and leading campaign reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brand owners
- Run onboarding sessions and advise clients on cross-channel marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives
- Lead campaign and business reviews, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer service experience in digital marketing-based account management
- Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube
- Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands is a strong plus
- Ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
