Job Summary

Owning client relationships, the full-time Local Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary contact for multi-location and franchise brand owners, managing onboarding, advising on cross-channel marketing strategies, and leading campaign reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brand owners
  • Run onboarding sessions and advise clients on cross-channel marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives
  • Lead campaign and business reviews, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in digital marketing-based account management
  • Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube
  • Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands is a strong plus
  • Ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
