Local Research Associate Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Research Associate Consultant for a Light Touch Evaluation Case Study in Guatemala.

Key Responsibilities

• Review national cervical cancer policies and related documentation
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health and civil society groups
• Collect and summarize contextual factors influencing HPV testing and treatment linkage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Guatemala's public health system and governance structures
• 8-15 years of experience working with Indigenous communities
• Spanish fluency required; proficiency in K'iche', Q'eqchi', or Mam is an asset
• Experience in conducting interviews and synthesizing qualitative data
