A company is looking for a Local Study Associate Director to lead Local Study Teams and manage clinical studies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Local Study Teams to ensure timely delivery of study commitments and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate site selection, monitoring activities, and manage study documentation and compliance
• Oversee budgeting, agreements, and payments related to clinical studies, ensuring adherence to local regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life sciences
• Good knowledge of international guidelines such as ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and clinical trials
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
