Local Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading and developing Local Study Operations Senior Managers, the full-time remote Local Study Operations Manager TA Head will oversee the delivery of the country's study portfolio, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive strategic alignment and continuous improvement across clinical research operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accountable delivery of the study portfolio assigned to LSOM Senior Managers
• Provide strategic direction and support to LSOM Senior Managers in monitoring portfolios and resolving issues
• Lead the development and mentorship of LSOM Senior Managers to promote operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of clinical execution experience OR Master's degree and 7 years OR Bachelor's degree and 9 years OR Associate's degree and 12 years OR High school diploma/GED and 14 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
• Experience in life sciences or medically related field, particularly in biopharmaceutical clinical research
• Experience managing multiple teams or direct reports
• Experience working on global clinical trials and improving site engagement
