Job Summary
Fluent in Italian and English, the part-time Local Support Specialist will manage partner communications, handle ticket escalations, and assist with booking modifications while working remotely in a dynamic travel-tech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to B2B partners through calls and regular updates in both Italian and English
- Manage incoming tickets, follow up on escalations, and ensure timely resolutions
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflows and excellent service delivery
Required qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages such as Spanish or Greek are a plus
- Experience in travel-related industries such as TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate partner needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stressful situations with professionalism
