Job Summary
Coordinating complex production workflows, the full-time Localisation Post Producer will manage Scripting, Transcription, and Audio Description production tasks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-volume localisation and accessibility projects in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary entry point for Scripting and Audio Description work, ensuring requests are actionable and ready for production scheduling
- Coordinate production schedules across various teams to support on-time delivery while maintaining workflow visibility
- Provide production status updates, track milestones, and escalate any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints as needed
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in production coordination, post-production, or localisation environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across creative, technical, and production teams
- Understanding of scripting requirements for adaptation and familiarity with accessibility workflows
- Project management experience with knowledge of production scheduling or workflow tracking tools
- Experience working with talent and vendors; accessibility-related certification is advantageous
