Job Summary
A company is looking for a Localization Expert to develop software for localization, calibration, and mapping of robotic ground vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance algorithms for localization and mapping using various sensors
- Improve integrity monitoring capabilities for safe localization systems
- Conduct testing and performance analysis of the autonomy stack
Required Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience or MSc with 5+ years of experience
- Strong C++ programming skills with experience in modern variants and unit testing frameworks
- Knowledge and implementation experience in localization/mapping algorithms
- Familiarity with mathematical concepts relevant to localization and mapping
- Bonus: Experience in Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM) and safety qualification standards
