Localization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Localization Manager to oversee the localization process within the Online business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end localization process for various teams, including Technical Support documentation and regional Sales teams
• Plan and maintain localization schedules across multiple projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Lead internal operations and vendor management, including weekly meetings and QBRs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Localization, Linguistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing localization projects in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of localization workflows, translation best practices, and project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience using translation management systems (e.g., Smartling)
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, global environment
