Localization Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the localization of products on a global scale, the full-time Localization Program Manager will engage with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient localization frameworks, ensuring best practices are followed and optimizing the international user experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to launch successful localized products
• Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks tailored to various products and diverse content types
• Proactively identify and streamline technical and process issues that affect localized product relevancy, quality, and functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in localization program or project management
• Experience working closely with product partners such as Product Management and Engineering
• Skilled in building and optimizing complex workflows
• Familiarity with translation technologies and internationalization standards
