• Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks
• Maintain and update project databases, ensuring accurate records across systems
• Track project progress and proactively flag risks or delays

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience coordinating projects in a global environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
• Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office)
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
• Experience in the localization or translation industry is a plus
