Localization Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Localization Project Manager to join their localization team on an 18-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, file organization, vendor allocation, and administrative tasks related to localization projects
• Oversee the localization of web content and software, including managing Localization QA and supporting project managers
• Analyze localization requests, communicate requirements to vendors, and ensure timely project completion

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Localization Project Management experience
• Experience with computer-aided translation tools, particularly SDL WorldServer
• Proficiency in another language is desired
• Understanding of localization best practices and experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
