Localization Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a top client in the digital space, the contracted Localization Project Manager will manage and coordinate localization content workflows across multiple systems and sources while working remotely for 20-40 hours per week with required overlap in US Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate localization content workflows across multiple systems and sources
• Load and maintain content in Crowdin from platforms such as GitHub, Iterable, Google Slides, and Webflow
• Monitor project status, timelines, and delivery quality across localization pipelines

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or Localization Operations
• Hands-on experience with localization workflows and CMS tools
• Proven ability to manage structured content workflows and multi-source content ingestion
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with overlapping time zones
