Localization Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Localization Quality and Vendor Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a capacity of qualified linguists for key accounts and ensure quality meets margin objectives
• Develop onboarding, training, and testing programs for newly selected freelancers
• Monitor performance of localization professionals and implement improvement plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in localization with a focus on Quality Management or Vendor management
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably another language
• Proven experience with translator selection and recruitment
• Strong analytical skills for defining improvement plans based on data
• Preferred experience in teaching or training
