Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk & Secondary Marketing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily rate lock workflow, processing lock requests and changes in line with policies and guidelines
• Monitor lock expiration reports and coordinate actions to minimize fallout and extension costs
• Update and maintain records of locks and assist with periodic reconciliations between systems and investor confirmations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, lending operations, or capital markets, or a relevant bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter attitude with a willingness to take ownership and suggest process improvements
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent
