Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lock loans with investors and internal systems; manage re-locks and extension requests
• Oversee the Lock Desk queue and provide support to loan origination units
• Enforce Rate Lock Policy and collaborate with Loan Officers and Operations Staff

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Pricing / Lock Desk Support experience
• 3+ years of general mortgage experience
• Knowledge of secondary mortgage market frameworks, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
