Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Lock Desk inbox and respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams
• Lock loans with investors and internal systems, and process related data changes
• Support pricing and eligibility rule configuration and produce reports for pipeline tracking

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of lock desk or pricing support experience
• Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and NonQM mortgage programs
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with MeridianLink Mortgage (LOS) is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Excel
