Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Lock Desk team, the full-time remote Lock Desk Analyst will process rate lock, change, and extension requests while ensuring compliance with rate lock policies and providing real-time training and process enhancement suggestions.

Key responsibilities:

• Process rate lock requests in Encompass and communicate effectively with requestors
• Handle change, reprice, and extension requests while assisting Loan Officers with post-lock inquiries
• Collaborate with Secondary Marketing leadership to implement system changes and process flow enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework preferred
• Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems preferred
• Background in Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
