Lock Desk Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Associate to ensure accurate loan pricing and seamless lock execution for TPO clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Lock Desk Inbox for timely and accurate responses to inquiries from clients and internal teams
• Assist in configuring and maintaining pricing and eligibility rules within Loan Origination Systems and Product & Pricing Engines
• Generate reports to support lock pipeline tracking and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the origination and/or secondary mortgage market with hands-on experience in loan pricing
• General understanding of mortgage origination processes and secondary market practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
