Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operational flow of the Lock Desk, ensuring accurate pricing and adherence to guidelines
• Coordinate change requests on existing rate locks
• Maintain pipeline reports and support other positions in Secondary Marketing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous Lock Desk experience or knowledge of mortgage loan programs
• High mathematical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Ability to handle time-related pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
