Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Specialist to support daily operations by pricing loans and managing lock changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Lock Desk by pricing loans accurately and ensuring compliance with policies
• Coordinate change requests on existing rate locks including loan parameter changes and lock extensions
• Maintain pipeline reports for upper management and respond to inquiries within required turn times

Required Qualifications

• Previous Lock Desk experience or knowledge of mortgage loan programs and pricing
• High mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong integrity and confidentiality required
