Job Summary

A company is looking for a Locum Client Services Associate to serve as the primary operational liaison for clients utilizing locum tenens services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using locum tenens services
• Manage relationships with locum tenens vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate vendor and client onboarding, training, and ongoing service utilization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, locum tenens staffing, or vendor management preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician-hospital relationships preferred
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment within a fast-paced company
