Logistics Account Manager

Job Summary

Building strong relationships with customers, the full-time remote Logistics Account Manager will manage customer expectations, ensure exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational tasks and pricing accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with customers to address day-to-day and long-term needs
• Participate in rate calculations and customer presentations for large-spend bids
• Identify and build new business relationships in the target market

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of account management experience in the transportation and logistics field
• Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or a business-related field
• 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on both internal and external customers
• Ability to function independently and in a team environment
