Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for valued customers, the full-time remote Logistics Account Specialist will develop strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams to deliver logistics solutions, and manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers to understand their logistics requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and effective logistics solutions
  • Manage customer expectations and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
