Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
• Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing and workload management
• Maintain headcount requirements and manage HR-related activities to support compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies, specifically in call centers
• Expert understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, or Workforce Certification
