Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistic Analyst (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
• Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing and workload management
• Maintain headcount requirements and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance and adequate staffing

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies, particularly in call centers
• Expert knowledge of call center operations, processes, and procedures
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
