Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

To support packaging operations, the full-time salaried Logistics Analyst will analyze data, recommend continuous improvement opportunities, and implement supply chain solutions while working remotely four days a week from Novi, MI.

Key responsibilities

• Maps and documents processes while recommending continuous improvement opportunities
• Collects data and performs statistical analysis to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Coaches and counsels employees on performance and develops training for direct reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or Industrial Engineering
• Three or more years of industry-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver issues
• Proficiency in computer tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and mapping software
• Six Sigma Certification
