Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

To support the coordination of corporate and customer-owned materials, the remote Logistics Analyst will manage reverse logistics and repairs, administer RMAs, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer RMAs, customer paid repairs, and planning and forecasting for repairs and reverse logistics
• Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain team to ensure compliance with international regulations and implement procedural changes
• Format and publish monthly Key Performance Indicators related to repairs and reverse logistics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are highly preferred
