Job Summary

To support global franchise supply chain operations, the full-time Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist will manage vendor relationships, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review purchase order and invoice discrepancies to ensure timely vendor payments and accurate accounting processes
  • Source products and negotiate pricing with domestic and global vendors, managing order fulfillment for new store openings and existing locations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support operational and business initiatives, including freight coordination and customs logistics
Required qualifications
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, inventory processes, and warehouse operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general business systems
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar inventory management/ERP & WMS systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
