Logistics and Trade Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Trade Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the entire logistics process from purchase order to final delivery, serving as the primary contact for global vendors, freight partners, and customers, with occasional visits to Denton County, TX.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate international and domestic freight operations
- Ensure compliance with import/export documentation and trade regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory accuracy across global supply chains
Required qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export administration
- Knowledge of tariffs, customs, and international shipping requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Business Central
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience with Latin American export operations is a plus
