Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics and Transportation Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all inbound shipments and transfers to fulfillment centers, ensuring service and cost objectives are met
• Track and trace shipments to provide updates, manage exceptions, and resolve daily execution issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and track KPIs for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience in various transportation modes including full truckload, LTL, and parcel delivery
• Prior experience managing residential deliveries with national and regional carriers
• Understanding of pricing structures and cost-saving techniques in transportation
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with omnichannel logistics and direct-to-consumer operations
