Logistics Associate

Job Summary

As a part-time Associate in Commerce Platform Logistics, the candidate will analyze, track, and improve delivery quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and support quality improvement strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants to identify drivers of quality defects
• Support the development of internal reporting tools to monitor quality improvement efforts
• Partner with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams to assess initiatives for enhancing logistics efficiency and quality

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive informed decision-making
• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
