Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Billing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile backup and create cover sheets for invoicing on 3rd party damages to equipment
• Evaluate vendor invoices and photos for damages and ensure accurate customer billing
• Assist M&R Billing Specialists in resolving customer issues and communicate with Field staff for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing or invoicing processes
• Knowledge of vendor invoice evaluation and damage assessment
• Ability to understand customer billing relationships and contract terms
• Familiarity with tracking systems for equipment activity
• Willingness to train on a hybrid schedule for 3 months
