Logistics Claims Analyst Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Claims Analyst/Administrator for a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and submit claims such as customer deductions, transportation claims, and warehousing claims
• Find responsible parties for claims and charge back accordingly
• Document claims, identify root cause, and work towards cost recovery

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate or GED; preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years' experience in Logistics, supply chain, and 3PL
• Understanding of cost recovery and claims process within the logistics space
• Experience with Oracle as an ERP
• Technology savvy, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, experience utilizing ERP systems (Oracle)
