Job Summary

Supporting the Account Executive team, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will prioritize orders, manage service provider communications, and analyze service costs while working onsite or remotely during core hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Prioritize orders and select approved service providers to fulfill each order
  • Communicate specific order requirements and schedule services with providers
  • Document and enter order information, confirming appointments and addressing issues as they arise
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in work scheduling, dispatching, or high-volume customer service
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic math skills for job costing and pricing calculations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and contractors daily
