Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient movement of goods and improve service and operation costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for warehouse and material transfers to meet KPI targets
• Manage daily order tracking and monitor 3rd Party Carrier schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and facilitate on-time execution of transfers, while identifying areas for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in transportation and managing carrier relationships
• Relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain is required
• Prior experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably food or beverage
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with Transportation Management Systems
• Available for after-hours and weekend support as needed
