Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - DTC & Parcel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of parcel shipments for DTC and drop-ship orders
• Monitor shipping KPIs, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
• Resolve fulfillment issues by collaborating with 3PL and other teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Familiarity with parcel shipping workflows and platforms like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Experience working with 3PLs, including issue resolution and inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems
• Passion for sustainability and contributing to the company's mission
