Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries and logistics assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics assignments, resolving escalations and maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Manage inbound calls, tasks, chats, and other critical functions pertinent to the Logistics team
• Provide level 2 support to specialists, overseeing services and escalating issues as necessary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to handle high call volume and maintain composure under pressure
• Must provide a secluded, uninterrupted workspace
• Access to a reliable Internet connection with specified minimum speeds
