Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with fulfillment centers and carriers to ensure timely delivery performance
• Coordinate shipping schedules and escalate issues with carriers as needed
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and analyze shipment volumes for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or operations
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple transportation modes
• Proven ability to resolve issues under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
