Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Manage and execute customer orders from entry through completion, tracking shipments and addressing issues
• Identify opportunities to secure additional loads or expand freight volume within assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in logistics or transportation coordination
• Proficiency in using logistics management systems and software
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Familiarity with data entry and record keeping
