Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Manage customer orders from entry through completion and track shipments for issues and exceptions
• Identify opportunities for additional freight within existing accounts and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and execute orders efficiently
• Experience in customer service and relationship building
• Proficiency in using operating systems such as CMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to cross-train and support other team members as needed
