Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Manage and execute customer orders from entry through completion, tracking shipments and monitoring for issues
• Identify opportunities for additional freight within existing accounts and build strong customer relationships to support retention and growth

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in logistics or customer service roles
• Proficient in using logistics operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
