Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Manage and execute customer orders from entry through completion, tracking shipments and resolving issues
• Identify opportunities for additional freight within existing accounts and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in utilizing operating systems for managing client freight
• Ability to build customer relationships and influence freight decisions
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
